1. PAYMENT POLICY

2. COMPLAINTS HANDLING POLICY

3. POLICY OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Usually, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours. We will then respond to you regarding payment and delivery. Delivery time usually takes place within 3-5 days from the time of closing orders or based on the agreement when ordering with customers.
However, in some cases of force majeure resulting in longer delivery, it occurs in the following situations:

4. POLICY FOR RETURN AND REFUND
A. Where is exchanged / returned

B. Conditions return / exchange

G. Warranty period
